A Whole Beef is 2000.00 plus processing. Processing on a whole runs roughly 600-700 dollars depending on cuts. Processing is paid directly to the processor when you pick up your beef. A large chest freezer (22 cu ft) will easily hold a whole beef, which is around 400 lbs of beef. The processor calls you for your cuts and during that time you can customize how you want your beef done and they will let you know when your beef is ready for pick up.
